I watch game plays as well and noticed that a lot have suddently RTX 3090 or 3080 in their window, it seems Nvidia is moving to sponsered gamers to show how great the cards work for new games, as up to a month ago none of them had that, they had at the bottom the PC specs, but that's it, now in big green letters top of the screen

For BDR to stay at Nvidia is slap in the face to all of us. I own a 1050ti, 1070ti, 1660super, 1660ti atm. Been trying to buy a 3070 or 3060ti. but now i m trying to buy 6800 or 6800xt since i heard what Nvidia did to Hardware Unboxing. i try to watch all Hardware Unboxing videos that is new.

I grew up in Sonoma County where Russian River Brewing is from. Grew up swimming in the Russian River. It's hands down one of the top 10 breweries in the USA. Pliny is a classic. But I really like their farmhouse style belgiums too. Damnation is a wonderful blonde ale.

Russian River? Northern CA correct? They also have wineries along the path of the Russian River, one being Korbel which makes Champagne, and a WONDERFUL Champagne mustard, which if you're a soft pretzel kind of person makes a wonderful addition to warm soft pretzels. Used to live up in those parts.

don't mess with my Christmas dinner... there is a set menu on Christmas in my country... it's port roast with roasted duck with pork gravy with duck gravy with potatoes with potatoes roasted in sugar with salty potato-chips as the main dish with risalamande and cherry sauce with rice-pudding with butter sugar and cinnamon with Ice cream as dessert... ;) Every single year. Delicious. And sorry my English is limited to be able to describe this Christmas dinner in the correct way.

About refresh rates and monitors... Ever spent a few hours cruising down the highway at a constant 75Mph? Know the feeling when you are to pull into a gas station and everything seems to go so slow? When you get down to 25 Mph it feels like you could just open the door and step out and walk just as fast. Well going from a high refresh rate monitor back to a 60 Hz monitor feels a lot like that for me. This is not something that only affects refresh rates, but any time when you've gotten used to a better experience, or just a faster one as in driving at highway speeds the brain adapts and going back will give that feeling of the change being much more drastic than when going from a lower performance experience to a better one.

Since my Mother died, in 2000, we siblings have made a tradition of spaghetti and meat balls, except for my vegetarian brother. He, or , make a meatless sauce and fake meat balls for him. It started back in the 80's when my Mom decided to honor my Father's family tree, which is primarily Scottish and Irish. But, for my 3x Great Grandfather, who traveled to Italy and married an Italian Woman and brought her back to Ireland. I discovered this through extensive research , that took me over a year. Unusual is, I am the only sibling from my mother and father, the rest have a different, German, father. But, they all love Mom's tomato sauce recipe, so that's what we have stuck with. Ironically, my Nephews Mother, my former sister in law, has been doing spaghetti ever since, also, because she was there that year. Her Mother, who died in 2010, also served Spaghetti for her friends up in Duluth, since then! Kind of awesome that it has been integrated into two separate Families, separated by over 300 miles! All because of a year of research I did as a teenager! :)

Speaking of KFC, they are also huge here in Thailand. Also for some reason, comparing to countries that I've been to (Canada, Japan, etc.), KFC here is the best by a long shot. Probably because of the exclusive "Hot&Spicy" flavor we have (to my knowledge this is not available elsewhere, neither do some rice dishes they serve). And yes we do have KFC for festive events like new year etc.

Nvidia marketing doesn't want "honest opinions." That's a fallacy. They send the samples out for review because it is a way to reach a large audience within the specific community of most-likely buyers at VERY LITTLE ADVERTISING COST. This isn't one of those toxic reddit conspiracies - it's just marketing reality. If they determined that this method wasn't leading to more sales, they would stop. They could have just not sent HUB any future cards and never said why. The email was either stupid or they miscalculated the modern culture of instant rebuke. That said, MSI did pretty much the same thing, but I don't see any reviewers boycotting their "samples" and I haven't heard anyone referring to MSI as a second example of this behavior.
