In 2021, CES is all-digital and overall a bit underwhelming. I investigated to find if any level of whelming could be achieved at all, and my findings are presented in this video.

Flexible plastic screen suspended on a long articulated boom mounted to a cost effectively built light weight chair which I would guess only amplifies a person's movement directly to the screen ? Don't masks with vents only protect the wearer? When you exhale, the vents open and just let everything out. (Don't think a UV sterilizer is going to get your breath traveling that fast.) It's a cool concept, but I'm skeptical. I think I'll just stick with the paper ones 'n' stuff.

the cold snap actually sounds interesting to me. me and my wife work night jobs in a small town. if we want icecream it is very hard as most of the icecream places are open while we are asleep and we live in a small appartment so the freezer space is limited. so something like the cold snap could be nice for us to be able to have iceceam if we get cravings just like the soda stream for soda when we want it.

You can make your own transparent display. Take a LCD monitor, take it apart, and CAREFULLY remove the back lighting. You probably can't do this with every panel, but that's basically all these transparent are; backless LCD screens. They are useless in a dark room though. If you can remove the back of OLED screen then you'll have something you can use in almost any lighting condition.

I would like to thank AMD, Nvidia, and Intel for saving so much money this year by not allowing my to by any latest components they sell! I would like to shout out to the memory companies for over producing, crashing prices, and taking some of that saved money! I would also like to thank the government for letting the tariff exceptions lapse meaning all components sold this year will have ridiculous prices!

I think it's not cool to call that chair an announcement razer hardly delivers on their prototype stuff and I think it really takes away from other companies that have put in real world hard work to improve and innovate their products. it's almost like razer is stealing their publicity. I would rather prototype stuff that's never coming out be in a different category or trade show altogether. don't get me wrong I like razer as a company and I'm a total razer fanboy but still, the proof is in the pudding and we don't have any tech with holographic screens right now so this concept chair really seems to far out there. it's like razer refuses to flow the rules so every other company suffers. because the new blades aren't really coming until 1/2 way through the year they don't have anything but concepts when everyone else actually has new products. maybe there not mind-blowing like any prototype fiction dream device. but at least there real devices that are coming that we will actually be able to buy.

Read the label on the back of the package about masks dont prevent any disease, they are telling you so you can't sue them! Read it for yourself. Excited about a vaccine that changes your DNA and push by a guy that has no medical degree? I remember seeing a thing on I believe tedx, showing off an early prototype of a "vr monitor" basically making it so the monitor was like looking through a window instead of looking at a flat monitor. That's what I immediately thought of when I saw this thing. It would be really cool to have something like this with that technology at the same time. Close to vr but without a brick strapped to your head.

@Chris Kamper yea but it is important for our immune systems to be exposed to the environment. Wearing a mask when you're already sick is a great idea to prevent others from getting sick. I think that unless you have a compromised immune system and when there is not a global pandemic going on, people should not wear masks.

At least now the 5600x are readily available in Belgium/Holland. RTX3070 are somewhat available but prices even on official sites are stupid with the cheapest RTX 3070 (KFA2 GeForce RTX 3070 SG (1-Click OC)) now at 949 euro up to 1099 euro for the EVGA GeForce RTX 3070 XC3 ULTRA GAMING!
